Hytown has already delivered several management information systems each solution is unique and needs to be focused on different topics. To ensure the defined objectives will be achieved, we have conducted a challenge analysis. We found that the following challenges have to be addressed:
Architecture as a basis for reporting and dashboards: For us there are four key characteristics for a proper architecture.
Performance to minimize time consumed: The load of the FcRS is performance critical regarding the timeframe. We suggest resolving this through a special loading procedure.
Reporting in order to automate report distribution: We created several criteria and solutions to achieve feasible and interesting reports.
Management Acceptance as a key success factor for the whole project: We suggest different steps as an integral part of the overall project methodology to ensure that these criteria are met.
